Project-based counselling and art therapy

What we inherit, what we choose, what we pass down

Counselling and art therapy to explore family patterns, inherited objects, and the legacy you want to create.

A different way of working with grief and change

Grief doesn't always move through words. Sometimes it needs time, structure, and something to work with.

I offer counselling and art therapy for people moving through loss, change, or transition. Instead of talking alone, we use simple, hands-on creative projects as a way to reflect and process what's shifting.

You don't need to be artistic. We figure out what to make together.
